Our church believes in three important areas that govern the church:
The Word
What is the Word? The Word is the seed and the heart of each person is the soil.
Sow the Word in the hearts of people.
You have to sow in order to reap!
You have to sow salvation in order to reap salvation, you have to sow seeds of divine healing in order to reap divine healing.
Give the Word. The Word produces.
God takes care of his Word so that it accomplishes, God brings people to His Word, God confirms His Word with signs and miracles.
What is your role? To sow the Word.
Why is it that I (Ap. Jorge Tadeu) am a fanatic of cassettes and books? Because these are the seeds!
The Anointing
What is the Anointing?
It is the Power of God, it is the Holy Spirit. We should never forget that Jesus Christ himself didn't do anything without the Holy Spirit.
If we take care of our anointing, there are no limits to the growth of our church.
The anointing comes on two ways:
Anointing in your personal life: comes by doing P.D.C. (Daily preparation of a Christian). meditating on the Word and praying in tongues.
Anointing in the church: the church also needs to have an anointing. And it comes through the pastor, through the praise and worship group, through the deacons assisting in the service and last but not least through the brethren that come to the church.
And when this happens it is easy to preach, because where there is the anointing of God there are miracles and good things happen.
Administration
Administration is creating space in order for the brethren to be able to serve God.
Imagine a pot in which you sow hundreds of seeds and all the plants grow in the same pot, until they all reach more or less a certain height. If you do not transplant these plants into larger pots. to give them space to grow, what is going to happen?
They will waste away, it's true isn't it?
Administration consists in delegating.
Creating space, forming departments, delegating roles to the members of the church according to the talent and calling that each one has.
Teaching the functions of each role, so that they know exactly what they have to do. And then? It is to pastor these people. As you manage to pastor them more and better you will grow.
