CONVENTION ANGOLA 2001
Hundreds of people were saved and instantly healed on this 7th Faith Convention of Angola, which took place at 19, 20 e 21 of October.
This Convention counted with the presence of Apostle Jorge Tadeu and
his wife Christel; international Campaign Director Luís Delfino,
José António, leader of the band Kuriakos and governmental
entities. |

Friday 19 of October, afternoon meeting at 15 hrs. The Convention started with Pastora Christel Tadeu, who preached on the theme: "What to do before and after you get married."
It was taught that before marriage we should have our eyes wide open. How can we have our eyes open? By knowing and accepting the weaknesses of the other, and to show who you really are yourself. Without doing this, you take a great risk not making a right choice, putting your Christian life in danger. After marriage you must stop watching the shortcomings of your partner,
and think only about the positive sides, give and receive love, and
thus you will edify your marriage on the rock.

| Friday 19th of October, evening meeting at 19 hrs. | |
The official opening ceremony took place at 19 hrs. and started with a choir, composed of several Praise Groups of Churches around Luanda. Then followed a defile of sisters, representing the 18 provinces of Angola, with local gifts. The next show was a typical dance from Benguela, the group dressed traditionally and singing their local dialect. |

José António, leader of Kuriakos, praised the African people for their enthusiasm, for Gods work in Europe, where the majority of the believers are Africans. He conducted the people into praise and worship to the Lord with well known songs, including titles like: "Jesus chegou a Luanda" and "Desde que conheci Jesus".
After that, Apostle Jorge Tadeu made a prayer of consecration for all those who want God to use them to win souls for Jesus. He spoke about: Who commands is you.”
The part of ministering to the people was very important; people with problems in their stomach and ears were healed. Healings and wonders happened this night. Many came to testify about their healing. |

ACTIVITIES
ON THE 20TH OF OCTOBER
Saturday 20th of October, at 9hrs, water baptism took place, where
hundreds of people were baptized, and about 150 people received Jesus
as their Savior and Lord in their lives. The objective of this preaching was to show Gods people that we need
to have Gods love for the people outside. And for them to recognize
this love of God, it is necessary that we Christians practice the Word
of: "Mark 16:15" |

Saturday 20th of October 19 hrs. The evening started with dances of children, poetry declamations by three children, and a dance by teenagers. This night there was no preaching, because right after the worship service a great anointing of God was poured out, people started to be freed and instantaneous healings by Gods power took place. The Anointing was so strong that persons were set free of demons at
their seats, and were healed without laying on of hands. |

21ST OF OCTOBER
Sunday Meeting, 21st of October, at 10 hrs. Opening: National Director of Businessmen Miguel de Carvalho, announced a cocktail for businessmen in hotel Trópico and the Apostle prayed for businessmen and women. In this meeting invited governmental entities were present, amongst others: senators and political party leaders, whom were presented to the people by Apostle Jorge Tadeu and he prayed for them.
This day the Apostle preached about the “Promises of God;” and taught the people how to be successful by means of Gods Word, realizing that Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. So it was exhorted to meditate on specific subjects during the Daily Fellowship with the Lord. In the end there were again many salvations, healings and miracles, like blind recovering sight and paralyzed leaving their wheelchairs and crutches. Many people were set free on the very moment they received Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. |

| Não houve pregação nesta noite, porque depois da adoração caiu uma grande unção de Deus, pessoas começaram e ser libertas e curadas instantâneamente pelo poder de Deus. A unção de Deus foi tão forte, que as pessoas começaram a ser libertas do poder do diabo nos lugares, e curadas sem imposição de mãos. |
